Apple Valley Resort has provided three decades of wonderful memories for thousands of families from all walks of life. As a private resort operation in Central Ohio, the resort was the ‘star’ in the mantel of the Timeshare leisure-travel industry in Ohio. The Resort’s greatest asset is the region of Ohio and the resort’s neighboring community, including the privately owned public golf course, which is a tremendous asset to the many thousands of families vacationing at Apple Valley Resort over its 30-year history. Located just under an hour North East of Columbus and almost two hours South West of Cleveland, Ohio, in Knox County, Apple Valley Resort is near Ohio’s geographical center. Knox County is in the midst of four contiguous counties of Ohio’s ‘top-five’ deer harvest counties.

Sale #1: Includes 31 condominium units as improvements on 9 of the 11 parcels as ordered by the Court in accordance with the terms regarding the Partition Action as required to clear title to the property. Lot parcels included in this sale are numbered above as: 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26. The improvements on these parcels were constructed in 1985-1988. There have been numerous updates and renovations to remain relevant in the timeshare industry.
