Greenhouse Structures: (3) 20’x175’ Tube frame structures; (2) 18’x135’ Wood frame structures; Assorted greenhouse structure pipe.

Greenhouse/Nursey Equipment: Approx. (300) Galvanized 30”x63”x87” rolling nursey carts; Approx. 50 – 8 wired shelf rolling nursey carts; (2) 27.5’ Andpro water system booms; (2) Freight-Mate quick detach in truck hydraulic lifts; Thermo King HK-III 30 reefer unit; assorted gas regulators; trailer freight jacks; Growing Systems Inc. 12-92-04 Sprayer boom; and more.

Semi: 2006 Freightliner Single Axle Semi Tractor, 469,234 miles, Eaton Fuller transmission.

Trays & Planters: Large assortment of 11-count, 8-count & 6-count plastic trays; Sugar Skull air plant pots in pink, green, blue, and yellow; pumpkin planter; cat and bat air plant pots; and a large assortment of various-sized boxes.

Pickup & Removal: All items will be available for pickup on Friday, November 7th 9AM – 4PM. Buyers of the Greenhouse Structures and the Boiler System have until December 19th, 2025 to dismantle and remove them. Any smaller items not picked up on Friday, November 7th by 4PM will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS! RES does not ship.

Terms: Payment methods accepted are cash, check, and credit card (limit of $3,000). There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium applied to all purchases.
