Auction will be held on site located at 732 County Rd 1775, Ashland, OH (formerly Green Valley Growers). From Ashland, take St Rt 60 South to County Rd 1775 and go East approximately 2 miles. The auction site will be on the left side of the road. Watch for RES signs.
After closing the business in 2023 and selling the equipment & inventory, Tom and Shelley decided it was time to sell the greenhouse and remaining equipment & supplies. Green Valley Growers was a staple in the industry for several years and Tom’s desire to keep the greenhouses in perfect working order did not stop after the business closed, he continued to heat and maintain the property as if it was still in use. You will be able to buy with confidence; all items will sell “ABSOLUTE” to the highest bidder regardless of price.

Preview: Items will be available for inspection on Monday, October 20th from 5PM – 6:30PM.
Removal: Smaller Items can be removed following the auction on Wednesday Oct 29th and a RES representative will be on-site, Thursday Oct. 30th from 12pm-5pm. Any item not picked up by 5pm on Thursday October 30th will be at buyer’s risk. Concrete Blocks can be removed any time after auction, NOTE: Buyer is responsible for any equipment needed for loading, no loader will be on site!! Greenhouses: Buyer is responsible for disassembly, loading and removal, gas and electric will be disconnected by seller. Buyers can start on disassembly on Wednesday November 5th and needs to be completed by December 17th. Additionally, any post that are in the concrete will need to be cut flush with floor to avoid damage, anything at ground level or under is not to be removed including floor drains.
