Auction Location: Auction will be held at The RES Yard - 375 Fry Road, Wooster.
Consignment Deadline: Consignments will be accepted through Thursday, August 21st @ 5PM
Yard Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM & Saturday 8AM-1PM
Terms: There will be a 5% buyer's premium for in-person bidders & 6.5% sales tax applied to each purchase, unless tax exempt. If bidding through RES.bid there will be a 7% buyer's premium & 6.5% sales tax applied to each purchase, unless tax exempt. If bidding through Equipment Facts there will be an 8% buyer's premium & 6.5% sales tax applied to each purchase, unless tax exempt. A $15 title processing fee will be added to each titled item on all applicable invoices.
Payment: Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, ACH (E-Check), Card (up to $3,000)
Pickup & Removal: Purchases must be removed from sale site within 3 weeks of the auction. Any items remaining after 3 weeks of the auction may be removed by appointment only and are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee per lot and callback fees. Please call auction office to schedule pickup. Removal from site will not be permitted without presentation of paid in full invoice. Auctioneer is not responsible for stolen or damaged items. In order to remove all items from the RES Facility, including those that will be transported by third-party transportation services, the person picking up the items is required to provide a paid invoice.
