Serial Number: NSN-53. Good / Fair condition. Bore is bright and shiny, and the bolt runs well. Stock has a moderate amount of handling wear, including varnish wear and what appears to be white paint speckled throughout. Metal has a moderate amount of freckling. 

This J. Stevens Model 53B was manufactured sometime between 1937-1947. Featuring a 24" barrel, pull cocker, bladed front sight and rear elevation sight, take down, and has a smooth walnut stock.
